01 · Overview
Agreement to terms
These terms and conditions apply to the Undeton Gaming Platform (the "Platform"), created by Undeton (the "Service Provider") as a free service for the gaming community.
By accessing or utilizing the Platform, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Platform. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Platform, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, reverse engineer it, translate the Platform into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Platform remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Platform is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the Platform or introduce new features at any time and for any reason. We may also introduce premium features or services in the future, and any such changes will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
The Platform stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account credentials and access to the Platform. We strongly advise using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication when available.

User accounts
When creating an account on Undeton, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account
Be at least 13 years of age
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
03 · Conduct
User responsibilities & conduct
By using Undeton, you agree to:
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Platform or its security features
Not use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or unauthorized third-party software
Respect other users and maintain appropriate, respectful conduct in all interactions
Not spam, advertise, or promote products or services without permission
Not collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account, as well as legal action if necessary.
04 · Content
User content
You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or share on the Platform (including blog posts, comments, and chat messages). However, by posting content on Undeton, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights to all content you post
Your content does not violate any third-party rights
Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Disclaimer of warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
Any content obtained from the Platform
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
07 · Changes
Changes to these terms
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
Violates these Terms and Conditions
Is harmful to other users or the Platform
Exposes us or other users to legal liability
You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at undeton@gmail.com.
